Our seven step process of engagement

When you hire Paul Donovan Consultants you get a highly professional team. Whether you require a meeting to be facilitated, a training program to be delivered or professional coaching to be provided, we use a seven step process to ensure the highest quality engagement. 

While the process is tailored to suit each of these three contexts, a generic description is as follows:

  1. We will listen to you talk about your needs.
  2. We will prepare a proposal detailing your desired objectives and recommended activities for a purpose-built solution.  Your agreement to proceed is sought at this point.
  3. We will provide brief pre-engagement interviews to build trust and ensure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders.
  4. We will report on our findings from the interviews and adjust the proposal as required.
  5. We will deliver the facilitation, training or coaching as promised.
  6. We will provide professional documentation of any appropriate session outputs.
  7. We will clarify any further recommendations we may have for you and/or your team.
