The Team Management Index measures an individual's work preferences. The participant report provides valuable feedback in the key management areas of leadership, decision-making, team building, interpersonal skills, organisation and information management.

In addition however, the profile includes areas where there may be weaknesses, primarily so that the participant can utilize deeper self awareness to formulate new strategies to manage these areas.

A visual image of the diversity in preferences in the team is found by reviewing the Team Management Index Wheel. This information can be used powerfully to anticipate the various tensions that might arise in a group, based on the team’s mix of preferences.
